{Newborns}

The last several months have seen lots of new additions to the K&R family!
We love getting to capture these precious gifts in their first few days...
the wonder of tiny toes and fingers never goes away!
If you follow us on Instagram, you've seen lots of behind-the-scenes of these sessions like these:

Our newborn sessions usually take 3-4 hours and we do them together! Kim is usually posing/holding/pulling out-the-passie-at-just-the-right-moment, and Emily shoots/edits. Tiny babies are hard work!!!
But all the rocking/shush-ing/patting and praying pays off when we get shots like this:

Sweet, tiny details <3

We love it when families bring special things!!

If you are expecting soon, we'd love to hear from you! Here's everything you need to know about our sessions:
*Newborns must be less than 10 days old.
This is essential because everyday they wake up a little bit more!
Newborns in that stage sleep heavier and are much easier to pose.
If your baby is older than that, please call us! We have some options!!
*We shoot in our newborn studio (AKA Emily's house:) and we have lots of neat indoor AND
outdoor options! In the warm months we'll shoot outside a lot!
*When you come for your session, please loosen your baby's diaper and do not put socks or clothing with
elastic around their ankles/wrists. This prevents marks on their skin for pictures!
*We have plenty of time for feeding/changing, newborn photography is all about patience!
*You are welcome to bring special props/hats/clothing and we have several options here to choose from
*Generally expect 4-5 prop/blanket/hat changes and 25-35 edited pictures

We also have a BABY CLUB!!!
Families get sessions at newborn/3 months/6 months/9 months and one year!
We love to watch our babies grow!!!
Email us for package pricing!

Anymore questions? We'd love to talk! Our email is:  kandrphotography@hotmail.com
